Dear friends
During this event we will concentrate on verses from chapter 23 of Tao Te Ching. We will reflect together this chapter and then will go for a 20 minute walking meditation in the park!!
Tao Te Ching by Lao Tzu is a chinese classical text with 81 verses of wisdom. Though Tao Te Ching has been interpreted subjectively according to who is reading it, for a seeker on the path of wisdom it is a wonderful and precise guide to the process of becoming an enlightened being, to accomplish, within oneself, a high level of spiritual cultivation.

Verse 23 of Tao Te Ching

"To talk little is natural.
Fierce winds do not last the whole morning.
A sudden rain does not last the whole day.
Who causes this?
It is Heaven and Earth.
Yet even Heaven and Earth
cannot make such things last forever
much less can our creations last forever.
Those who follow Tao
are one with Tao.
Those who follow virtue (Te)
are one with virtue.
This person, when experiencing loss
becomes one with loss.
Those who are at one with Tao—
Tao extends toward them.
Those who are at one with virtue—
virtue extends toward them.
Those who are at one with loss—
loss extends itself to them.
The one who is lacking in trust
will not be trusted."

I welcome you towards a fruitful reflection and meditation experience!!
