Dear friends
During this event we will concentrate on verses from chapter 24 of Tao Te Ching. We will reflect together this chapter and then will go for a 20 minute walking meditation in the park!!
Tao Te Ching by Lao Tzu is a chinese classical text with 81 verses of wisdom. Though Tao Te Ching has been interpreted subjectively according to who is reading it, for a seeker on the path of wisdom it is a wonderful and precise guide to the process of becoming an enlightened being, to accomplish, within oneself, a high level of spiritual cultivation.

Verse 24 of Tao Te Ching

"Those who stand on tiptoe
cannot balance themselves.
Those who take too long a stride
cannot walk far.
Those who show off
are not enlightened.
Those who are too aggressive
will not accomplish anything great.
Those who boast too much
will not endure.
Those who follow Tao call these things
overconsumption and useless activity.
The followers of Tao avoid them."

I welcome you towards a fruitful reflection and meditation experience!!
