Beyond Survival: What Do We Need to Live?

Details
What does it mean to truly live—not just survive? How important are money, success, friendships or something deeper (like being on a spiritual path)?
What do we really need, what do we want, and what would be nice to have? What motivates you to get up in the morning and what gets you down during the day? Why do the things we think will make us happy often leave us empty and wanting more? Is there something we can pro-actively do to lead a happy life? What about the little things in life that bring a smile to your face? The helping hand you lend to another? The goals you have set for yourself? The relationships you nurture? . . .
These are just some of the questions we are likely to explore during this interactive dialogue. We will reflect on our own attitudes, behaviours, habits, etc. This is not a ‘psychological self help’ group, but a conversations of equals who are willing to share their own experiences in a safe and open environment.
This dialogue is open to all - whether you're curious, questioning, or simply seeking to connect with others. Together, we'll reflect on the values, relationships, and environments that help us move beyond survival into a more vibrant and meaningful existence.
Join us to challenge assumptions, share ideas, and leave with new perspectives on what we truly need to live—not just survive.
The conversation is scheduled to be in Dutch*, unless the participants of the event prefer it to be in English.*
