What does it actually mean to be truly yourself? — Not to strive to be like somebody else you admire, but finding your own, irreplaceable voice.

We feel this tension every day. Social media quietly pressures us to always show ourselves from our best side — the perfect photo, the polished achievement, the curated life. It diverts a lot of energy to become a good copy of an ideal that isn't ours, rather than the independent being we actually are.

Is independence a gift we discover — or a task we set for ourselves? Where does the freedom to be yourself end, and where does responsibility toward others begin? And: can we even become ourselves alone, or do we need to engage with others to find out who we really are?

We will explore these questions together — not with ready-made answers, but through listening to each other. Come along, be curious and willing to engage.
