We’ve all had it: going blank mid-sentence, a tight chest before a hard conversation, or that strange emptiness right after finally getting what we wanted. This first gathering is a chance to slow down and actually listen to what your body’s been holding.
For this session, we’ll explore the question together: what is your body trying to tell you? Through a short opening round, gentle orientation, and guided somatic practice, you’ll get a real feel for what Somatic Circle is about — not theory, but actual practice.
