Flevoland is growing rapidly and has great potential to further develop as an attractive location for innovative companies. By working together and combining our strengths, we strengthen the infrastructure and provide better support for innovation. This benefits not only startups, but also the broader SME sector.
To achieve this, we are jointly building the Startup Flevoland ecosystem. This initiative focuses on improving the infrastructure, increasing Flevoland’s visibility as a startup region, and creating a fertile environment for entrepreneurship and innovation. In collaboration with Horizon Flevoland, we are increasing our impact and creating the right conditions for startups to grow and contribute to the regional economy.
During Beschuitje eten met…, we meet with a smaller group of startups to discuss the challenges they face in more depth and get to know each other better. This helps strengthen the community. It is an informal and accessible setting in which startup founders share experiences, help one another, and make valuable connections. Aspiring entrepreneurs, investors, and network partners also join the conversation to share their knowledge and expertise.
