The start of a new year often comes with expectations; to reset, set ambitious goals, achieve different results, and somehow fix everything that didn’t work last year just because a date changed on a human made calendar. But what if you’re already feeling behind and still processing a difficult year?
If you relate to this, you need to know that you don't have to do any of this. The challenges you’re facing may still be here, and that’s okay. What can perhaps help is for you can gain some tools to help you understand these emotions, and learn practical ways to work with them, all at your own pace.
This EQ Lab is an interactive, education based session to help you understand your emotional response during stressful situations and give you the right tools to manage the constant and chronic pressure. All concepts and practices in this session are grounded in organisational psychology and behavioural science, i.e., no motivational hype, no quick fixes.
