This Japanese citrus fruit is prized for its tart, aromatic zest, which imparts a unique brightness to the beer. Combined with a robust malt backbone and a subtle rye spiciness, the yuzu elevates the flavor profile, creating a perfect harmony with the tropical and fruity hop notes from Simcoe and Nelson Sauvin.
