Hi my friend,
In this session, we’ll begin with a first round where everyone can share how their week has been—what they achieved, as well as any mental or emotional challenges from the workplace that felt beyond their control. We will listen to each other with care and respect.
In the second round, we’ll reflect on a few questions:

  • Do you find yourself carrying unresolved thoughts due to disrespectful attitudes, discrimination, or bullying at work? How does this affect your focus and productivity?
  • Do you feel that your contributions are meaningful and recognized, or do you sometimes feel overlooked or underestimated?

If anyone would like to share a specific experience from their workplace, you’re welcome to do so. Together, we will explore these questions with empathy and consider supportive, practical ways to respond and feel better.

The main goal of this group is to create a safe and respectful space where we can listen to one another, feel less alone, and share experiences that help us move forward in a positive way.

Until now, in the business world, we have seen the mindset that you can only survive by thinking of your own interests and by crushing and hurting others. But this system will now change. Together, we will seek ways to exist in business life happily, by progressing on your own path with what you rightfully deserve, without harming others.
