5-dysfunctions of Lencion:
Lencioni's 5 dysfunctions is a pyramid trust model you can use for team development. In this session we will guide you through some practical steps you might use with your own team. You will get hands-on experience with excercises and we will share personal experiences with you using this model.

Management Culture :
In an Agile transformation, management is the key to success. Each company is different and has a different culture, that doesn’t always fit the new Agile way of working.
During this evening we will give insights on how to deal with management culture, what the drive is behind specific management behavior and how to change to the Agile way of working in small steps.
