This photowalk is for creating a photo series, in which we try to capture the differences of each season. This year we will walk through Máximapark and follow the same route at every walk. For the New Year, we're going to do something a little different than usual: we're going for a walk in the evening, around the city center of Utrecht, and for drinks afterwards! We'll be meeting at Utrecht Vaartsche Rijn train station and depart at 7.30PM. We'll then walk towards the Singel canal and will follow it all around the city center until we get back to Vaartsche Rijn. All together the walk will be about 7.5 km and we'll pass by several points of interest, such as Nijntje Pleintje, the Sonnenborgh Observatory and Park Lepelenburg. After the walk, we're going for drinks at Taplokaal Gist, near to Vaartsche Rijn station. To know the story of the NIK Collection is to know happiness, angst, celebration, and innovation. But more of that at the meeting! I will spend a couple of hours going through the most useful tools in the NIK Collection and showing how I use them in my editing workflow. If you aspire to elevate your editing skills and produce better-edited images, this set of tools is worth a look! The Photoshop Bootcamp workshop is a hands-on workshop, and example files and materials are made available to each participant. Each participant is required to have a computer available for use throughout the workshop. That computer must be adequately configured to run the latest version of Photoshop available in Adobe's Creative Cloud software suite (as of the time of this document, that version is Photoshop 2025 (Version 26.9.0)). Photoshop should be installed and operational before the commencement of the workshop.
