The teachings of Orgasmic Meditation
We all long for intimacy and connection. It’s what makes us human. In the disconnection we often suffer. We can’t seem to find the intimacy we desire. Usually we didn’t even realise we got disconnected.
In this lecture you will learn how Orgasmic Meditation (OM) helps you recover connection in your life. OM is a 15 minute wellness practice which creates a healthier body. You increase your capacity for intimacy and sex. And you will develop a deeper connection with yourself and others.
I will share with you my personal journey. There will be plenty of room for questions. We will have fun and a lively conversation about things we normaly don’t talk about.
