Programme structure:
All participants receive full access to ULEAD's Future Leadership Program, a 10-hour self-paced curriculum.
Why it matters:
Women represent just 22% of the AI workforce and 12% of AI researchers globally. In the green economy, companies with greater gender diversity in management reduced CO₂ emissions around 5% more since the Paris Agreement — yet women remain locked out of the leadership roles where these decisions are made. Women leave tech at 45% higher rates than men, with lack of career advancement as the primary driver.

The programme is fully funded and built by ULEAD, available at no cost to all participants.
