Surreal, Please! collage workshop

What if we bend reality a little?

This workshop is an invitation to step slightly outside the rules of the real world and play there for a while.
We’ll create collages inspired by surrealism, unexpected combinations, and those images that don’t quite make sense… but feel right.
Think floating objects, mismatched scales, dream logic, and imaginary scenarios. A fish in a living room. A staircase to nowhere. A face growing flowers.
Nothing has to be realistic: in fact, the weirder, the better!
You’ll be gently guided with visual ideas, but there’s no right or wrong outcome. This is about curiosity, imagination, and letting your “freaky side” (or quiet weirdness) have some space on paper.
No art background needed, just a willingness to experiment, laugh at odd ideas, and see what happens when you stop trying to make sense.
Surreal? Yes.
Serious? Absolutely not.

What to Expect
🕑 11:00 - 14:00 | A fun, saturday early-afternoon activity

• Theme: “Surreal, Please" - collage-making using magazines, imagages, colors or even quotes
• A slow-paced, phone-free Saturday afternoon to try something new, and tap into your creativity.
• All materials provided - magazines, textured paper, glue, scissors, and extra goodies to make your collage pop.
• Friendly vibes, good music, and a welcoming space to share ideas, chat, and craft in great company.
• No pressure, no rules - just a relaxing, mindful art session.

100% refund if cancelled at least 7 days in advance.
50% refund if cancellation is less then 7 days.
No refund if cancellation is less than 48 hours before the workshop.
In the unlikely event that I need to cancel the workshop I will automatically issue full refunds within 24 hours.
