🏐 XR1 Focus Session: Block–Defense Coordination & Net Play

Hi Volleyball Enthusiasts,
This XR1 focus session highlights block–defense coordination and net play within a structured 5:1 system. We will work on blocking responsibilities, defensive coverage behind the block, and communication between front- and back-row players, followed by match play where these principles are applied under pressure.
This session suits players who want to improve tactical discipline and team coordination at the net.

Level: Advanced players

Time: Gym opens 19:50 | Warm-up 20:00 | Drills approx. 30 minutes | Games until 22:00
Location: Zwartewaalstraat 38, Rotterdam (5 minutes’ walk from metro Maashaven)

This session is intended for advanced players familiar with the 5:1 volleyball system and confident in structured team play.

💡 Practical Information

• Contribution: €5 per session for non-NeVoBo players
• NeVoBo team members do not pay per session (seasonal fee applies)
• Payment link is in the comments and payment is required in advance
• Only clean indoor shoes allowed
