Ideal if you’ve never danced West Coast Swing before or are just starting out.

In these classes, we will:

  • get familiar with the basic principles of West Coast Swing
  • work on rhythm and musicality
  • learn fundamental technique: weight transfer, balance and footwork
  • develop body awareness and control
  • practice basic moves and variations in solo format
  • combine learned elements into short sequences and mini-choreographies

Outcome:
You’ll start understanding how the dance works, move more confidently to music, and build a solid foundation for further progress in WCS.
