Summertime! Time for wine, food and good company outside, enjoying the sun (or rain lately :-().

As for the wine, summer is the perfect season for Rose. Let's bust the myth that rose's are always cheap and simple wines and see what real rose is all about. We are going to taste quality rose wines from around the world.It has been two months since our last meetup. Let's get together again! We are meeting in my backyard on Saturday august 30.

You are all welcome from 3pm onwards. The afternoon will be about tasting and comparing the rosé's. We might try a game of "Vinhos" (wine board game) or just chat and taste.

Other plans in the afternoon? No prob, just join us later. We'll fire up the barbecue at around 7.

At this moment, the weather forecast is ok, but with a chance of rain. We can always go indoors.

If you RSVP, prepare to bring one bottle of rose wine that matches that description, MSRP +- EUR 15. To prevent that we're all bringing in Bandol, please post what region the wine you're planning to bring is in and take other people's post into account when selecting something. See below for more information on this or if you are not able to bring a bottle.

I'll arrange for the food. Expected cost per person: EUR 10. If there is anything I should take into account (veggie, etc), please let me know.

How to get here (and back):

My place can easily be reached by either car or public transport. If you come by public transport, it's about a 15 minute bus ride from 's-Hertogenbosch train station (bus 158, stop "Hoogstraat"). Last bus back to there leaves at a quarter to midnight.
