The Heart Chakra, located at the center of the chest, governs our ability to give and receive love, empathy, and emotional healing. When balanced, it helps you feel connected, compassionate, and at peace. When imbalanced, it may show up as emotional heaviness, difficulty connecting with others, or holding onto grudges.
Through gentle Hatha postures, heart-opening movements, breathwork, and guided meditation, we’ll awaken and harmonize this energy center — leaving you feeling open, warm, and emotionally balanced.
