Here's the deal: We pack De Prael with the best comedians from the Dutch scene AND heavy-hitters flying in from the US and UK circuit. Think Netflix specials, Comedy Central, BBC, Live at the Apollo—yeah, we've had them all. April Macie, Tom Rhodes, Ria Lina, Desiree Burch... the list goes on.

The Vibe: Show up early, grab a beer, meet some fellow expats, maybe make a Monday night crew. Doors open well before showtime at 8pm, so you've got time to settle in and vibe out.

Headliner: Kyle Lucey – is an international headlining comedian and a staple in Canadian comedy. He has played notable venues such as Massey hall and CAA Theatre in Canada, Hot Water Comedy Club in England and Latter in Norway. He is a headliner in 6 counties and is signed to Canada’s largest talent agency for stand-up comedy, Yuk Yuks & Funny Business INC. He has been nominated for the I Heart Jokes Awards twice. He recently recorded a taping for Russell Peters’ LMFAO Platform and his debut comedy special,

“Damaged Goods” is now streaming on Sirius XM.Kyle’s comedy has also landed him massive media interviews on networks such as Dr. Drew Show and CTV. Kyle has appeared at prestigious festivals such as Edinburgh Fringe Festival and Just For Laughs Toronto.

He also is the winner of the Durham Comedy Festival and has appeared at various other festivals such as, The Border City Comedy Festival, The Beaver and Bacon Comedy Festival, Comedy Wonder-Fest, Brampton’s Funniest Comic and Go Yuk Yourself Comedy Contest. As the shoemaker's kids go barefoot, award-winning comedian Kaisa Pylkkänen has no mental health or faith! On stage she is a walking oxymoron: a middle-aged teenager, an anarchist control freak, and a feminist, who suffers from penis envy.
Originally known for her work writing comedy and political satire for television, Kaisa Pylkkänen took up stand-up-comedy in 2010 and since then, she has performed on several seasons of the popular TV- "Stand up!", as well roasting politicians and TV presenters on primetime TV-shows in her native country Finland.

In 2020 she was voted Comedian of The Year by her peers in Finland. Her other international work includes performing at the Brighton, Reykjavik and Tallinn Fringe festivals, at the Hot Water Comedy Festival in Liverpool, the Laugh Riot Grrrl comedy festival in Los Angeles, as well as doing gigs in 15 countries around Europe and the US. In her native Finland Kaisa has warmed up for comics like Jim Gaffigan, and when performing at the Finnish Club in Hollywood, it was ISMO, who opened for Kaisa.
