We all have things that light us up inside.

Maybe it’s dancing. Writing. Chess. Reading. Music. Sport. Being creative.

And yet.. surprisingly often.. we don’t do those things.

Why?

We tell ourselves we’re too busy. We’ll do it later. We have more important things to do. It doesn't feel right. It’s not productive enough (lol).

It seems so common that as we grow up to be adults, there is a tendency to drift away from the things that make us feel most alive.

In this event, we’ll explore questions like:
• What activities do we genuinely love doing?
• For what reason do we stop ourselves from doing them?
• What stories or justifications get in the way?
• How might regularly doing things we love impact our happiness and relationship with ourselves?
• What small changes could help us bring more of these activities back into our lives?

This will be an open conversation where we share perspectives, reflect, and explore practical ways to reconnect with the things that light us up inside.

You don’t need to have the answers to attend this event - there is something about a group of people gathering with a shared intention that tends to bring out things we would not have come up with ourselves.

Just bring yourself and an openness to explore.

Looking forward to seeing you there.
