The session is guided step by step. No prior experience with mindfulness or art is needed.

After you sign up, you’ll receive a payment link and the session link by email.

## What to Bring

Please have these items nearby:

  • Paper (any kind)
  • Drawing materials: pencils, markers, charcoal, or whatever you have
  • A journal or notebook for writing
  • A warm blanket (optional but recommended)
  • A quiet space where you feel comfortable
  • A table or space on the floor to work from

Camera and microphone are needed to join the session.
