Whether you're looking for a place to recharge or find new ways to grow, this is the place for you. This is a self-driven group, so your ideas, input, and energy are welcome at every step of the way!

- If you RSVP, please attend! Late cancellations (within 24 hours) or no-shows mean others miss out. After 2 late cancellations or no-shows without notice, participation may be restricted 💔
- Please only join if your status is "Going" (don't show up randomly or from the waitlist) 🙏
- Arrive on time (a few minutes early is best) ⏰
- For casual events: stay as long or as little as you like, just let us know. For workshops: please stay for the entire session 🌿
- Be fully present and keep your phones tucked away 📵
- You don’t need to be on burnout leave to join, but understanding its impact is crucial for creating a safe space 💛
- We love familiar faces, but let’s make sure everyone gets a chance to join the meetups 🌱

Taking a step away from our everyday routines and exploring the world of art can be a great way to support burnout prevention and recovery.
On September 11th, Thursday at 11 am we’ll visit the Rijksmuseum to explore the Monomania exhibition where art and mental health are brought together in a unique exhibition.
The exhibition delves into the complexities of the human mind, exploring obsession, focus, and introspection through Fiona Tan’s thought-provoking works. It’s the perfect opportunity to pause, recharge, and immerse yourself in art that challenges perception and sparks reflection.
We’ll meet at the museum’s cafeteria to connect and settle in, then we’ll enter to the exhibition together. You can use your Museumkaart if you have one, otherwise please grab your tickets upfront.
