Two comedians. One interconnected world. Zero excuses.

On Saturday 30 May 2026, Kaili Smith and Sjoerd Scott bring their comedy special Blame It On Globalization to Comedy Club Haug in Rotterdam after a sold-out run in Amsterdam, they're finally coming home.

Sjoerd Scott was born in Sint Maarten, is the only "Sjoerd" in the Netherlands who isn't Dutch, traded a law degree for the mic, and has since opened for Hannibal Buress, Jimmy O. Yang, and Neema Naz.

Kaili Smith was born in the Netherlands, raised in Melbourne, trained as a painter at Parsons in New York, and somehow ended up making people laugh on European stages between museum exhibits. Together they unpack identity, displacement, dating disasters, and everything else you can pin on an interconnected world. Sharp, personal, and very funny.routines you'll see."
