Genuary Special @A-Lab

Hello again curious coders and creatives!

We hope you were able to wrap up last year in beauty and are as excited about the fresh year as we are!

One of the things that gets us excited around this time of year is that fact that the year starts with our favorite month: GENUARY🎉

GENUARY is an artificially generated month of time where we build code that makes beautiful things. It’s happening during the month of January 2026, and everybody is invited!

For 2026, Piter Pasma again collected 31 amazing prompts from his friends over at the #genartclub. 1 prompt for each day of January.

For this joyous occasion, we're organizing a GENUARY Special on Thursday, January 29th and this in our beloved spot at A-Lab.

We're planning a big show & tell evening where everybody is welcomed to showcase their GENUARY (or other) work, talk about their inspiration or share their process. Whether you did all 31 prompts or just a few, we'd love to see it! We'll also have space to pull out your laptop and hack away for a bit if you feel like it. Or just sit back, relax, and enjoy the show.

Either way, we think this is going to be a great one!
