Writer-turned-comedian Kate Doyle and comedian-turned-writer Ryan Millar will lead hands-on writing exercises and offer practical tips and imaginative possibilities for giving your audience something to laugh about.
You'll write many exercises in this class and have opportunities to share what you create.
We'll laugh a lot, experiment, and find out where a sense of humour can bring us.For writers of all levels!

Bingham Award, I Meant It Once was hailed as "unmistakably individual and exciting" in the Irish Times. Comedy highlights from his career include performing with Amsterdam comedy institution Boom Chicago, bringing his solo storytelling show Roman Around to the Edinburgh Fringe, and competing in the 2024 European Masters of Improvisation.
