Details
Product-minded people gather in Den Haag LeanUX. Join us for knowledge sharing, networking and making friends!
Thirsty Thursday
Two people take the stage instead of one long talk. This way, we can share a variety of perspectives and make it easier for new speakers to participate.
Thanks to our generous sponsor Worth Works we can now host up to 75 people!
Maybe you'd like to give a tiny talk sometime too? Get in touch!

The Talks
1. Dashboarding at Leiden University: the first steps towards a data-driven organisation - Martijn de Jager
In this talk Martijn will share his experience in dashboarding data at Leiden University. Are we on route to make the university a more efficient, effective and adaptive organisation?
Martijn has experience in scientific research, and policy and strategy development. He now works at Leiden University and as an freelance visual consultant. Both roles start from his wish to clarify complex information to obtain new insights and communicate effectively.
2. From Demo to Real Product: Designing Products in the Age of AIβ¨β¨
As AI becomes part of everyday products, it is also quietly reshaping how we design. Design flows are no longer linear β ideas can start as speculative concepts, technical demos, or AI experiments.
In this talk, Iβll explore how AI fits into different stages of the design process, and how this changes the way designers move from early ideas to real products. Through two projects β LiveHome, a conceptual exploration of interactive online concerts later rebuilt through Google AI Studio, and [DemoDress.ai](http://demodress.ai/), an image-based commercial GenAI product.β¨The talk approaches AI from both perspectives: how it supports designers during exploration, and how AI-powered products must be designed with clear guidance, workflows, and trust for users.β¨β¨β¨
Yunjie is a multidisciplinary designer at DEMODESIGN.STUDIO with a background in UX, architecture, urban design, and automotive HMI. She focuses on integrating emerging technologies into design flows and digital products.
