This experience report showcases Essent's journey, which was shaped by pivotal events in the fall of 2022 when a spike in customer interest in commodity products unexpectedly disrupted their IT infrastructure, resulting in a challenging week-long recovery period. During the talk, the speaker will provide a detailed explanation of the steps taken after the incident to transform Essent into a more resilient and adaptable organization leveraging DDD amongst others.
