Our bodies hold truth; let your body guide you.

Dear sister,
If you have been in your head a lot (which is completely normal in this fast-moving city life), this is an invitation to come back to your own body and seek guidance from it. Feelings are neuro-chemical states in our body, and when they are big and uncomfortable, we tend to go to our head to feel safe. Distractions and being busy feel safer than attending to the real talk that our body communicates. It's not a surprise that it is the default way of being in our society. The skills to hold space for discomfort and communicate through tenderness and vulnerability are judged as being too weak or feminine. But that's a lie. I can say it from my personal experience and through guiding many, many women in the path of Feminine wisdom. Our emotions hold powerful data about ourselves and we need to build skillsets to attend to them and empower us.

Explore in this circle some grounding techniques that bring us closer to our body wisdom and feel nurtured in community spaces that are held to empower our feminine power.

What to expect:

  • Opening the circle with invocation and intention setting
  • Pranayama or breathing exercises, to shift awareness from the mind to the body
  • Womb rocking to sync awareness with our bodies
  • Humming exercises to activate the throat chakra or self-expression
  • Guided meditation to enable safe communication with your body
  • Closing circle with sharing and invocation
