You know that feeling when you're doing everything right and you still want to scream?
You work hard. You show up for your job, your partner, your friends, your own growth. You go to yoga, you breathe, you journal, you've done the inner work. And yet sometimes the anger is still there. Sitting on your chest. Coming out of nowhere. Or not coming out at all.
This is a monthly gathering for women who are done pretending they're fine.

This edition we're going deeper into anger and boundaries. That moment when you say yes but mean no. When you give until you're empty. When someone crosses a line and you smile instead of speaking up. If that's familiar, this one's for you.

One hour, once a month, on a Saturday morning. No small talk pressure, no fixing.
In the first part we talk and share what's behind our emotions, how we are managing them, and what needs to change in our approach in order to accept them as information instead of fighting them as an enemy.
In the second part we will physically let go of everything which is stuck in our body. This is a somatic part where you can freely express any emotions with laughing, crying, beating the pillows or shaking. It's a guided exercise and you decide how intense you make it for yourself. No pressure.
You don't need to be "angry enough" to come.
You don't need to have a big problem.
You don't need to know how to do emotional work.
You just need to be curious about what happens when you stop pushing your emotions away and give them some room.
**
This is for women who are ambitious, busy and used to holding a lot. Women who care about their lives, their relationships and their wellbeing. Women who have already explored things like yoga, meditation, therapy, coaching or breath work and are ready to explore another side of emotional wellbeing.
Come as you are. Leave lighter.

I'm Hana, coach and mentor, and I'm on a mission to break taboos about female anger.
From a young age, I was taught to be kind, accommodating, smile. Anger was inappropriate, dangerous, not lady like. So I tried to manage it, push it away, hide it behind politeness and smiles.
I was always the person pleasing others and serving others, until I couldn't. I became explosive about every small thing, and eventually had to face consequences: autoimmune diseases and burnout symptoms.
That's when I started digging into my anger instead of running from it. Slowly I understood that anger wasn't the problem. It was the signal I'd been ignoring for years, telling me my boundaries were being crossed, over and over, mostly by myself.
I've created this series of events for women to have a safe space to express ourselves and celebrate our anger instead of suppressing it. I'm looking forward to doing this together.
