At Expat Cinema: Meet up we screen recent foreign language films with English subtitles. Afterwards we get together to chat and network over a drink.
The meetings are at Rialto VU: a brand new innovative film theatre at the VU Campus. Our host Karolina will be there beforehand and afterwards to meet and greet and have a few drinks.
Tickets are €12, or you can use your Cineville-card, which makes it a bargain to boot. Tickets can be booked or reserved in advance.

Palestine 36 captures the birth of Palestinian emancipation through the eyes of ordinary people fighting for autonomy and survival. Directed by Annemarie Jacir (Wajib), this ambitious epic premiered at TIFF and is Palestine's Oscar submission, starring Hiam Abbass, Saleh Bakri, Jeremy Irons and Liam Cunningham.
