A space to slow down, feel, and return to what’s quietly alive inside you.

These aren’t random glitches.
They’re signals. The body speaks — even when we don’t listen.
✨ What we do here
This group hosts a weekly rotation of five somatic meditation types — each designed to awaken a different layer of your being:
🔊 The Sound Within — voice, vibration, and resonance
🌊 The Gentle Body — yin, grounding, and softness
🔥 Power & Peace — yang, vitality, and calm intensity
🧩 Bodyscan — mapping and melting psychosomatic armor
🌱 Tree of life — connecting to earth and sky
The sixth practice, Embodied Mindfulness, is available via the public group Embodied Mindfulness.
Please don’t invite participants from those open events into this private group — the field here is built step by step, through resonance and mutual care.

Each gathering follows the same three-part structure:
🧠 A shared lens to ground and align
🧘 A guided somatic meditation
💬 A moment for personal sharing
The events are held outdoors when possible.
Each theme is usually offered on both Saturday and Sunday, so you can match your availability to your intention.
There’s no required order — just join when it calls you.

While our practices are gentle, they can touch deep emotional layers.
We hold space with love and presence — not as professionals, but as peers.
This is not group therapy, and not a substitute for psychological or medical care.
You are always free to pause, opt out, or step aside.
By joining, you agree to take full responsibility for your participation.

🧭 Who this is for
This space is for the intuitive ones.
The ones who feel more than they can explain — who create their own maps instead of following ready-made ones.
Those who sense what’s beneath the surface — in themselves, and in others.
Often, it’s the highly sensitive, the neurodivergent, the creative and curious ones who feel at home here.
People who don’t fit into boxes. Who don’t buy into dogma. Who don’t need to be told how to be.
If you resonate even a little… this might be the right space for you.
⚠️ It may not be the right space for you if:
– You come mainly to network or promote a service
– You push spaces toward group therapy or uncontained emotional release
– You seek spiritual status, validation, or “the right way” to be
– You stay half-present, scanning the room for social opportunities
(Spontaneous connections are welcome. Chasing contacts isn’t.)
💬 How we care for the field
– Arrive on time and stay until the end of the sharing
– Keep phones off or on airplane mode
– Share from your experience, not to fix or advise
– Respect the silence: what’s shared in the circle stays in the circle
– Cancel early if you can’t attend — it helps keep the group alive
🎁 How to support the space
This project is entirely donation-based and not for profit.
There are many ways to contribute:
– Bring a simple snack or tea
– Help with setup or logistics
– Offer your home for indoor gatherings during bad weather
– Share the group with like-hearted friends
– Make a small financial contribution — if that’s your most natural way to give
The guiding question is:
“What’s the most heartfelt and effortless way for me to care for this community right now?”
