Wat we doen

The Green Software – the Netherlands group is for anyone with a passion for green software development and supports the Green Software Foundation’s (GSF) mission to create a trusted ecosystem of people, standards, tooling and best practices for green software. We envision a thriving Dutch Green Software Community empowered to take charge of its future.

The non profit Green Software Foundation aims to change the culture of building software across the tech industry, so sustainability becomes a core priority to software teams, just as important as performance, security, cost and accessibility.

The Green Software - The Netherlands meetup community focuses on:

Raising awareness about green software development principles and their impact.
Encouraging action by sharing practical knowledge and fostering collaboration.
Creating a welcoming environment for individuals and organizations
committed to greener software.

In person events will be held in both Amsterdam and Den Bosch. We look forward to seeing you at our events!
