Speakers
Presentation #1 - Making front-end testing fun with Wallaby and Cypress by Jan Heijmans (https://www.linkedin.com/in/janhheijmans/) (Senior Frontend Developer at ING)
https://secure.meetupstatic.com/photos/event/7/a/8/f/600_461431375.jpeg
At ING, we make extensive use of automated testing to ensure the quality of our software. However, writing and maintaining high quality tests is a difficult and often unsatisfactory task. Luckily there are a few hidden gems that can drastically improve your JavaScript testing experience: Wallaby for unit testing and Cypress for end-to-end testing. In this demo I will build a small application and show how Wallaby and Cypress make development and testing easier, safer and a lot more fun!

Lightning talk #1 - Creating the smoothest checkout experience for TomTom.com by Michiel van der Ros (https://twitter.com/micros) (Lead Frontend Developer at TomTom) & Paul Tondeur (https://twitter.com/PaulTondeur)
Buying something online should be as easy as possible. A pleasant experience increases customer happiness and it is good for sales. The past months we designed and built a new single page web checkout in React and MobX with the team at TomTom. In this talk we will share our insights in both UX and technology with you.

Lightning talk #2 - Building scalable and maintainable design systems by Dimitris Psaropoulos (https://twitter.com/harbyme) (all the way over from Prague to present! - Creator of iotaCSS)
A design system is more than a CSS Framework or a UI Kit. It's even more than a set of coding rules or a style guide. A design system is a visual language that you use to build user interfaces. In this talk I will demonstrate the importance of a design system and how you can build and scale one using React and iotaCSS (https://www.iotacss.com/), the first design agnostic SASS based framework.

Lightning talk #3 - Serverless (the concept and the framework) by Rebecca Hill (https://twitter.com/rebekaka) (Front-end Developer at Usabilla)
As JavaScript developers, solving problems in the browser is our bread and butter. But there’s a much bigger world out there that is so much easier to reach than some might think. Let’s talk serverless - both the concept and the framework, and find out how so many more problems can be solved with the knowledge we already have!
