Rollende Keukens Food Festival

The sun is (hopefully) out, the trucks are fueled up, and I’ve decided we aren't missing the biggest open-air kitchen in Amsterdam this year. Because apparently, I like to live dangerously and organize things at the very last second, we are heading to Rollende Keukens this Saturday!
If you haven't been, imagine dozens of food trucks rolling into Westerpark to see who can make the most delicious thing on four wheels.

The Mission:

• 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM: The "Golden Window" where we can actually find food before the dinner rush turns into a tactical maneuver.
• The Food: We’ll be hunting down everything from gourmet bao buns to things I can’t pronounce but look amazing.
• The Vibe: Grab a drink, find some grass, listen to the live bands, and talk about how we definitely should have planned this sooner.

How to find us: Finding a specific person at Westergas during this festival is usually a miracle, so I’ll post a photo and share the location tag in the groups and wait for you for a bit once I’ve staked out our territory.

Bring your appetite, your favorite sunglasses, and your best "I didn't have plans until 10 minutes ago" energy.
