and making the right decision in the present moment ⏳
This is not just training — it’s practice for real life.

## We train to:

• understand how body structure connects with mind, movement, will — and how this manifests in life 🔗
## In training, we will use games to work with:
• work on physical and mental balance ⚖️;

• learn to stay present and achieve the goals we set 🎯;
• practice honesty with ourselves 🤝;
• learn to tolerate discomfort and move beyond our limits 🔥;

And yes — this is practical work.

## What we practice:
• self-defense principle with non-armored and armored persons;
• mental and ideomotoric practice;
• isometric exercises;
• circuit training;
• structured games that develop control, coordination, and dexterity;
• interaction with yourself, with others, and with the world under different conditions.

- 1-week practice plan (morning, day, evening)
with simple exercises to improve mobility, awareness, and overall health - support with a small, simple exercise ideal for those who don’t know where to start;
- exercises you can easily integrate into your daily life.
