To celebrate the fact that XP2023 is coming to Amsterdam this year, Benjamin Laffel Strandesen Hooge has offered to present his award-winning, jaw-dropping, no holds barred Experience Report "The Unpredictable Bean Counters." This is an experience report sharing the findings and learnings of an agile coach trying to make small changes to a large organization, only to fail to change much of anything. While they journey and the struggle goes on to grow and evolve, there is still much to learn.

After the presentation, there will be a Q&A on the Experience Report itself, followed by a discussion on the benefits of submitting one to XP2023. We'll end with a brainstorm on personal Experience Reports and some tips from Benjamin on submitting them.
