Details
Practical information:
- Make sure you are sitting at a place where you can follow the session undisturbed for 1 hour.
- Wear comfortable clothes.
- Make sure you went to the bathroom before the session starts.
- Make sure you ate nothing 1,5h before the session and had only a light breakfast or snack.
- It is not advised to do yoga right after you ate a heavy meal.
Shortly before the session starts, I will sent a link to join.
If you can't make it, please let me know as soon as possible and not on the day of the session.
