LaughPlug Comedy is bringing a fresh Stand Up Comedy Show at Vessel 11, the beautiful red boat in Wijnhaven.

Here you have the chance to watch some of the best comics in the Netherlands performing alongside local talent from Rotterdam!

This month's edition will feature two international headliners: Raul Kohli and Jade Estrada!

Las Vegas headliner (Sapphire Comedy Hour) Jade Esteban Estrada aka The Prada Enchilada is a well-crafted and seasoned comedian who has performed all over the world. He began his career as choreographer to Latin diva Charo and a scratch vocalist to the Backstreet Boys. He was later a recurring guest on “The Jerry Springer Show.” He has since headlined showrooms and colleges around the country and has performed at over 350 Pride events worldwide. He has graced the stages of The Second City, Laugh Factory Chicago, The Comedy Zone, Oz New Orleans on Bourbon Street, Sea Gaia Resort in Japan, and Paleis van de Weemoed in Amsterdam’s legendary Red Light District.
Television credits include the Emmy award-winning “30 Rock” (NBC), “The Graham Norton Effect” (Comedy Central), and hosting duties at the 19th Annual South Florida GLAAD Media Awards (Bravo). Estrada is also featured in the Netflix documentary Outstanding: An LGBTQ+ Celebration.
Festival credits: Rubber City Comedy Festival (Best of Fest Award 2023, Boast Rattle Champion 2023), the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, Fringe World (Perth, Australia), the P3 Comedy Festival (headliner), the LGBTLOL Comedy Festival, Sixth City Comedy Festival, Vatos Locos Comedy Festival, Tower City Comedy Festival (Top 3 Finalist), and the Floodwater Comedy Festival.
Estrada has shared the stage with Phyllis Diller, Richard Lewis, Gallagher, Iliza Shlesinger, Heather McDonald, Joey Medina and many others. The Richmond Times- Dispatch calls him “a master entertainer” and the Phoenix New Times calls him “absolutely super-fabulous!”
With a long list of notable accomplishments as an actor, writer and comic, Estrada has proven to be one of the industry’s must-see comics.

Raul Kohli has fast become one of the most captivating acts in UK comedy. Growing up Indian’s in the far north of England (Newcastle Upon Tyne) he’s blessed with a Worldview that upends ethnicity, culture and class. Combining ‘Superb political comedy’ (The Scotsman) with surreal storytelling, Raul Kohli is a recognized name in Comedy.
His debut show was one of BBC Radio 4, The Huffington Post & the Skinny’s top picks of the Edinburgh Fringe 2016, his 2019 show was nominated for best show at the Leicester Comedy Festival, while his most recent was nominated for best show at the Edinburgh Fringe 2024 (Ish awards), made both The Guardian & The Daily Mail’s Top Ten Jokes of the Fringe, and was described by Chortle as ‘one of the most important shows of the fringe’
As well as several radio & TV appearances, Raul released his own comedy podcast about Hinduism on BBC Sounds’ (Comic Sanskrit 2019) rated 5* by The Guardian & is currently the host of BBC Newcastle official NUFC podcast: Just Put It In The Net. Raul is an award-winning comedian (NATYS 2017) and appears regularly at some of the biggest comedy clubs around the World (The Stand Edinburgh, Frog & Bucket Manchester, Comedyhuis Netherlands).
Raul also has a short yet ceremonious career in writing & acting, having wrote & starred in numerous RTS Award Nominated short films, he’s also appeared in the sitcom : The VAR room (2021), starred in two Channel 4 shorts: Jokes Only An Indian Can Tell (>1m views on fb) & Jokes Written By AI, wrote & done voiceover work on Mike Reiss’ (Writer/Producer – The Simpsons) podcast: What Am I Doing Here & for Lego. He acted as the lead in a short feature film: White Privilege where he was nominated for Best Actor (UK Film Awards 2024).
He has recently appeared in the NUFC Amazon Prime documentary: We Are Newcastle, & presented Passion & Football in the North East’ for Channel 4 for the pre-match coverage between England & Bosnia and appeared in the new Adidas commercial for the 2024 NUFC Kit Launch.
In 2025, he went on a World Tour performing in Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, Cambodia, Japan, South Korea, Australia & New Zealand being nominated for the Best International Debut at the New Zealand International Comedy Festival & Fest Mag’s Comedy Pick of the Adelaide Fringe. He also gained writing credits for the YeahMad Youtube Channel (2.2 million subscribers).
