I’m Sinziana Ionescu, Life Coach and Emotional Intelligence Trainer, and I invite you to join me for a reflective and practical workshop where we explore how healthy boundaries shape our relationships, emotional wellbeing, and sense of identity.
Boundaries are often misunderstood. Many of us learned to adapt by pleasing others, over-giving, or becoming overly independent just to feel safe. Yet without clear boundaries, we slowly lose connection with our needs, our energy, and sometimes even with who we truly are.
In this workshop, we will explore what boundaries really represent, why they are essential for emotional balance, and how they help us create relationships built on respect rather than sacrifice.
