Dear friends
During this event we will concentrate on verses from chapter 45 of Tao Te Ching. We will reflect together this chapter and then will go for a 20 minute walking meditation in the park!!
Tao Te Ching by Lao Tzu is a chinese classical text with 81 verses of wisdom. Though Tao Te Ching has been interpreted subjectively according to who is reading it, for a seeker on the path of wisdom it is a wonderful and precise guide to the process of becoming an enlightened being, to accomplish, within oneself, a high level of spiritual cultivation.

Verse 45 of Tao Te Ching

"The greatest achievements seem imperfect
yet their usefulness will not grow old.
Great fullness can seem empty
but if one uses it wisely
it will not become exhausted.
The straight may seem crooked;
great skill may seem clumsy;
great speeches may seem awkward.
Activity will overcome coldness.
Calm stillness conquers heat.
Tranquil stillness balances
all things under Heaven."

Welcome to a beautiful reflection and walking meditation experience!
