Menopause marks an important transition in a woman’s life.
Not only physically, but also emotionally, mentally and energetically.
You may recognize this moment in life:
• your body feels different than it used to
• your energy is less predictable
• your body asks for a different rhythm and care
• you long for more calm, clarity and understanding
Happy Menoshift is a day workshop for women in perimenopause and menopause where knowledge, experience and connection come together.
This day invites you to:
✨ become more aware of the phase you are moving through
✨ reconnect with your body and energy
✨ discover what truly supports you in this stage of life
The day is designed like a gentle “tasting experience” — a bit like the famous Maastricht Preuvenemint, where you can explore different practices and discover what works best for you.
Because every woman’s journey is unique.
During the day we explore:
🌿 yoga, pilates and meditation
🌿 movement, dance and voice
🌿 walking and sharing in pairs
🌿 practical information, including nutrition
🌿 relaxation and ways to support your “happy hormones”
🌿 a healthy nourishing lunch
🌿 deep relaxation with Yoga Nidra
