This is a hybrid event. A Zoom link will be provided to attend online. The in-person venue is The Hague University of Applied Sciences, Johanna Westerdijkplein 75, 2521 EN Den Haag, Netherlands. For the in-person attendees, a dinner and networking borrel will be provided, sponsored by the Applied Data Science & AI department of The Hague University of Applied Sciences.

The Global Forum on Responsible AI is an inaugural flagship event and the beginning of an annual international convening hosted in rotating countries. The Forum gathers policymakers, researchers, industry leaders, standards experts, and civil society actors to advance shared commitments to ethical, transparent, and inclusive AI governance.
The event strengthens international cooperation through dialogue, knowledge exchange, and collaborative action to ensure AI technologies support societal well-being, uphold human rights, and serve the public interest.

The theme of this event is Beyond Universal Models:
Designing Adaptable Responsible AI Frameworks Grounded in Data Justice. This event is a collaboration between the Ottawa Responsible AI Hub (Canada), The Hague Institute for Innovation of Law (HiiL), and the Applied Data Science & AI department of The Hague University of Applied Sciences.
