Microdosing is one of the most talked about β€œwellness trends” - yet most people approach microdosing without enough intention or guidance.

They buy products online, rely on hearsay, and begin without enough information.

Most focus on protocols and take just some dosage, while overlooking the real levers that shape the experience: intention, context, mindfulness, and how it is integrated into daily life.
This evening is about that gap.

It is a facilitated session hosted by The Microdosing Club, led by Theresa, a Certified Psychedelic Facilitator and Somatic Coach guiding people through micro- and macrodosing experiences.

Theresa has practiced microdosing for many years in her life and has combined it with her unique coaching methodology to increase its impact. Next to being a Somatic Coach, Mindfulness and Yoga Teacher and Leadership Coach, Theresa also studies Psychedelic from an indigenous lens.

We’ll talk about why people would microdose:

β€’ Creativity and cognitive performance
β€’ Mood, emotional regulation, and wellbeing
β€’ Personal development and self-understanding
β€’ Curiosity, experimentation, and optimisation
β€’ Feeling stuck, burned out, or looking for change
β€’ Pain management, depression, or long term sickness

And then we focus on what determines outcomes in practice:

β€’ Intention: What you are trying to change or understand in your life
β€’ Context: Work, stress, lifestyle, and environment
β€’ Mindset: Expectations, pressure, and psychological approach
β€’ Mindfulness: How attention and awareness are applied in daily life
β€’ Integration: How it fits into daily routines and behaviour
β€’ Why the same protocol produces very different results
β€’ Why some people feel clear, meaningful effects and others feel very little
β€’ What tends to change when microdosing is approached with structure and guidance

This is for people who are already interested in microdosing, considering starting, or have tried it and want to make sense of their experience - and decide what they want to do next, rather than staying in uncertainty, trial-and-error, or postponing it due to lack of information.

The session takes place around a table in a cosy French bistro in an intimate group of 12 people.

Your ticket includes one delicious glass wine or alcohol free choice out of the well curated assortment of Amour Amer.

Hosted by The Microdosing Club. Education & Harm Reduction only - no substances will be provided.
