Year of the Horse: First Men's Circle of 2026

Theme of the Circle
2026 is the Year of the Horse - a symbol of wild power and forward momentum. But power needs direction, intention, and commitment.
Most of us know the pattern: we set intentions in December/January that quietly disappear by February. Not because we lack discipline (which sometimes may also be the case), but because we're carrying them alone without support.
This circle is different. We're gathering to claim the year ahead - together, witnessed, accountable. To release what 2025 left us carrying and step into 2026 with clarity and purpose.
How we show up matters. Not what we promise ourselves in private, but how we actually move through the world - in our relationships, our work, our lives.
When intention is held collectively, it becomes sustainable. When commitment is witnessed by other men, it lands deeper.
We're creating space to shed what no longer serves and embrace what's calling us forward.

The Experience
We'll gather in circle - men willing to be real with each other, to drop the performance and speak truth. It is the only way we can actually progress; in honour and collective support.
The circle includes:

• Ceremonial cacao to soften defenses and create presence
• Mythological exploration through story and archetype
• Shamanic drumming to build inner power
• Guided meditation and journey work
• Sacred sharing where you speak and are truly heard
• Ritual and more

This is embodied work. Not abstract concepts, but real transformation that you carry forward in your bones and presence this coming year.
You'll leave with clarity, renewed energy, and the support of men who've witnessed your commitment and will remember it with you.

Investment: €45 (€40 for returning participants - code BROTHER)
Capacity: 10-15 men
What to bring:

• Comfortable clothing
• Water bottle
• Open heart
• Journal

Yoga mats and cushions provided.

Cacao
We work with ceremonial-grade (criollo) cacao (30-35g per person) - a gentle heart-opener that creates space for authentic presence. It's safe and grounding.
Please let us know about any heart conditions or if you're taking MAOIs or certain antidepressants. Your safety is our main priority.

Confidentiality
What is shared in circle stays in circle. We create safety - physical, emotional, spiritual - so you can be fully present without armour.
