Wat we doen
We’re taught how to perform; how to plan, persevere and collaborate.
We’re rarely taught how to live with ourselves: how to meet doubt, restlessness and expectation; how to handle emotions that appear out of nowhere and thoughts that barge in as if they were facts.
In a world dense with stimuli, pressure and choice, it becomes crucial to grow a sense of direction from within. Not by pushing harder, but by pausing to notice what is happening inside us.
What truly makes us happy?
And what, exactly, do we mean by happiness?
In this free to attend workshop, we take time for these questions. We draw on neuroscience and positive psychology and explore how to develop a kinder, healthier relationship with yourself, guided by curiosity and an open mind.
