Midsummer Gathering - For Druids, Witches and Friends

Gather together to peacefully celebrate the peak of the year on Midsummer's Eve. The time when bees are humming through the avenue of sweet Linden blossom, in this beautiful city park.

Wear whatever you feel comfortable in. Bring something to sit on. Hopefully it won't rain, but dress for the weather. Please bring your own food and drink.
This is a free event.

The plan is to gather and sit for a picnic and simple ritual, under the biggest Linden trees, in the first field, entering the park from the main Middenweg entrance. That's the one closest to Huize Frankendael / Restaurant Merkelbach. There are 6 entrances to this park..

It will be light until late but some people travel a long way to the gatherings, so we will be aiming for 18:00 - 20:00.

There will be a simple ritual during the gathering, to celebrate nature at the Summer Solstice, and to promote peace and safety throughout the world.

NB: This is an outdoor gathering - the restaurant nearby may be open when we gather, but otherwise, the closest toilet facilities are on the Middenweg at local bars (about 5 minutes walk away).
