Training&Games - Elevate Your Volleyball Skills & the NEVOBO Competition Team!

Hello, Volley Lovers!

We're excited to announce that our recruitment for the 2023/2024 NEVOBO competition season is ongoing! This event is for you if you're a current or future member looking to elevate your volleyball skills and potentially join one of our NEVOBO competition teams.

• The gym rental and training contribution is €6,- per evening (3 hours per session).

Experienced trainers host our event; Katarzyna will be responsible for the training and ensuring that all participants follow the rules. The current NEVOBO team members will also be present to answer any questions about the NEVOBO competition.

Here's what you can expect during the session:

• Preparation (6:50 PM to 7:15 PM)
• Please arrive on time dressed in gym and sports clothes (no outdoor shoes allowed). Setting up the playing field, including the net and antennas and checking the attendance list Drills (7:15 PM to 8:00 PM)
• Warming up without and with the ball Coordination drills in pairs game situation drills (e.g. attack, positions on the court) Game (8:30 PM to 10:00 PM).

Please note the following important rules:
RSVP and Payment

• Due to COVID-19, we require an updated participants list, RSVP and pay 2 days before the event. The payment link will be shared one week before the event. The contribution for the gym rental and training is €6,- per evening.
• The members who subscribe to the NEVOBO competition teams will be asked to pay a whole season fee. The total amount will be shared by the end of August.
