We are (re)opening the doors to The New Wave, a holistic workspace studio nestled in the heart of Maastricht’s historic center.

In a society designed for efficiency, individuality, performance, and constant output, the vision of The New Wave moves in the opposite direction - the slowness of living, gathering with intention and presence.

The space is created for coaches and therapists, energy healers, bodyworkers, yoga teachers, and creatives — photographers, facilitators, artists, and more — who are ready to create and build differently - with courage, intention, and from the heart.

It is a space — both energetic and physical — where work, well-being, and teamwork meet.

We offer inspiring spaces for workshops, team retreats, and collaborative experiences.

The Spring Equinox is a moment where we pause before stepping into a new phase of our lives.
A powerful portal - time of new beginnings, growth, and transformation where the energy of growth is amplified by the energy of action.

Just a few days after the New Moon on 19 March, we gather in an intimate circle of women to honour this sacred turning point, a moment celebrated by many ancient cultures as the start of a new year, when the wheel of life begins again.

Equal parts light and darkness, day and night, remind us of the balance within nature—and within ourselves.

Together, we will:
✨ Explore the symbol of (im)balance in our lives
✨ Honour the light and dark within
✨ Plant intentions into the fertile soil of life
✨ Connect with the forward-moving energy of spring, embracing courage and confidence as you step through this portal to start anew

If you have been feeling stagnant during the grey winter months, the equinox is your permission to start fresh.

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Please arrive 10 minutes before, so you can get settled into the energy of the space.
- Wear something comfortable. Yoga mats and blankets will be provided.
- Tea, coffee, water and snacks will be available.
- Pen, paper, and all materials will be provided - though you’re welcome to bring your favourite notebook for your personal reflections.

ABOUT INES:
I am an international facilitator and community builder, passionate about women’s empowerment, holistic well-being, and creating spaces for genuine connection.
From my early work in leadership development to building startup communities, my focus has always been on bringing people together and fostering authentic connections.
Having lived in seven countries across two continents, and now calling Maastricht (the Netherlands) my home, I know what it feels like to be searching for a tribe.

With a diverse background in business, training, and facilitation, I work as a trusted confidant to startup founders and business leaders.
Over time, I have expanded my education into psychic and spiritual development. Trained with Kanina Wolff (Your Natural Self, United Kingdom), I support women in accessing and empowering their natural self by providing psychic and mediumship readings.
I am also deeply curious about the body-mind connection, exploring Emotional Anatomy through the lens of Chinese Medicine and the Five Element Theory, having learned from Tracey Stevens (United Kingdom).

I am a firm believer that the simple act of gathering with presence is profoundly healing for the soul.
