After a little hibernation, WordUp Brighton is back! We’re really excited to relaunch our monthly meetups, and we’d love you to join us for our first event on Tuesday 9th September.

We’re kicking things off with a fantastic session from Jakson, who will be showing us how to unlock the power of modern WordPress. In this hands-on talk, you’ll get a complete, end-to-end breakdown of building a custom WordPress Block Theme with almost no coding. From understanding the anatomy of a block theme and global styles to using the “Create Block Theme” plugin, Jakson will guide you through responsive layouts, dynamic headers, footers, and patterns—so you’ll leave ready to create and export fully-functional custom block themes for yourself, your business, or your clients.
