Details

Located in Middletown in Monmouth County, Huber Woods Park has nearly 400 acres of preserved land and 8 miles of trails. It is a very pretty park with gentle rollings hills and lots of varied vegetation, including mountain laurel and azalea. There is also an environmental center (with nice bathrooms!) and a reptile house that people can visit after the hike.

We will string together a perimeter route of about 4 miles and then add an additional 2 miles on some of the inner trails. Brisk pace with some short breaks. Lunch afterwards at the picnic tables near the parking area.

Outdoor Club members only. Dues must be up-to-date. Be sure to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to sign in and hear the safety talk.

My cell number, for hike day only, is 609 577-9365.
If you need to cancel please do so at least 24 hours ahead of time.
